The Road Less Traveled

I took the road less traveled by. And that has made all the difference. Robert Frost

Still around here..... It took Emily getting her approval to bring me out of the wood work, now we need Heather to get hers so she can get her sweet baby girl home too.

We have been so busy lately between work, building the new house and getting this one ready to go on the market.

To add to all that Cami is walking full time now!!!! Okay, more like running. It seems like in the last couple weeks she has went from being a baby to a little girl. We can hardly believe how big she is getting, she has reached 17lbs and I will soon be buying her 18 month size pants because she is getting so tall (thank goodness for adjustable waist).

She now feeds herself with a fork and drinks out of a big girl cup... Not so well but, hey the dog cleans up after her good!!!

We have booked a trip to Arizona for spring break, we are looking forward to getting out of this cold weather. We will actually be visiting on of my husbands brother and his wife, they have not seen Cami since right after we got home with her.

In house news, our lot is cleared but, no hole dug yet for the basement, weather has been a bit bad around here. I am very excited we ordered all our new appliances and a new front loading washer and dryer, I can hardly wait to wash 17 pairs of jeans at once...... Okay we have a little stackable now so it takes forever to get laundry done!!!!

In getting our current home ready for sale we have been getting rid of a lot of stuff (feels good) and our house is looking better than it ever has in the six years we have been here!

I am however a bit annoyed with a realtor.... We met with a few Realtors to see what they had to say, we felt 2 were on target with their price suggestion according to what other houses around have gone for around us and the third one suggest a price $50,000 LESS that the other two saying with that price he could sell it in a day..... I basically told him to hit the road after he suggested that...... He than hard the nerve to call me yesterday and say he had an offer on our house, I said how can you get an offer when it is not ever listed yet, of coarse someone would want it and turn and make a $50,000 profit!!!!

So off the house crap and onto more important stuff..... Cami is developing a really great since of humor, she cracks us up so much. I am loving this age except the whole not listening thing... ;)

She talks so much and knows so many words that it blows my mind. She gets after the dog and tells her "you go lay down"!!!! I am also happy to report that at 15 months old we have 2 teeth.

Basically nothing to wild and crazy going on around here, we are living a Design to sell episode.... If only we had all that help.
